3 At the Hotel 4
When you check-in, make sure to tell them you're here for the "Boniecki-Chambers Wedding!"
We know that some of you might not have made the cut-off of the hotel block but are staying at the hotel anyways... just be sure to let the front desk know that you're here for our wedding so that they can give you the Welcome Packet!

There will be (free!) breakfast Sunday morning!
Coffee/Beverage service will begin at 8:00 AM ; Breakfast will be served from 8:30 - 10:oo AM.
This breakfast is open to all of our wedding guests, not just those staying at the hotel!
At check-in, you should receive a breakfast ticket.  If you aren't staying at the hotel, tell the breakfast server you're here for our wedding and they will have a ticket for you!

Shuttles will be available to/from the venue... but don't be late for the ceremony!
We request that everyone get to the venue by 3:15 PM (at the latest) as the ceremony will promptly start at 3:30 PM.
To the venue:  sign up for a shuttle time slot at the front desk or at check-in.  The first shuttle will leave at 2:00 PM (for you early birds, or those that sign up last!) and two shuttles will leave at 2:45 PM (these will be the last shuttles, so don't miss them!)
Back to the hotel: the DJ will announce shuttle times back to the hotel over the course of the evening, but the first shuttle will head back around 9:00/9:15 PM.  We ask that all guests be out of the venue by 10:00 PM at the latest.
3 At the Venue (aka the Schedule!) 4
2:45 - 3:15 ......  guests arrive at the venue
There will be a table with a map & schedule card located by the stone stairs to the Conference Center.  Depending on how early you arrive, you can explore the venue a bit... starting inside the Conference Center to give us some advice!

3:30 - 4:00 ......  (outdoor) wedding ceremony
The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather depending!) under a big tree.  As a reminder, we ask that you turn off and put away all phones as we want an "unplugged" ceremony.  When picking your seat, just sit wherever!  There is no his/her side :)

4:00 - 5:15 ......  cocktails + appetizers outside the Stone Cottage
After the ceremony (and while the wedding party takes some photos), enjoy a drink and some appetizers while you explore the venue, meet each other, and play some games.

5:30 - 7:00 ......  toasts & (of course!) dinner in the Tent
We promise to keep any toasts short so that we can get to the good stuff... dinner!  Find your name on the seating chart near the entrance to the Tent then find your place at your table.  The catering staff will dismiss your table to head up to the buffet for an eclectic mix of great food... all on compostable plates! (so green!)

7:00 - 7:15 ......  kick off dessert by cutting the cake
While we will officially kick off the start of dessert with us cutting a tiny cake, the classic (and mandatory!) Cookie Table will be loaded with a variety of homemade cookies, coffee, and tea.  Make sure you pack some up at the end of the night using the takeout containers!

7:15 - 9:00 ......  celebrate, explore, mingle, or whatever!
If you haven't gotten the gist from the website already, we want our wedding to feel more like a family picnic without all the formalities.  Enjoy spending quality time with old and new friends, explore the grounds a bit, play some games, have a s'more, or chill by the fire... do whatever you're feeling that night!  Our DJ will be taking song requests (if you're sick of hearing the playlist we handmade, that is)

9:00 - 9:45 ......  winding down for the night
Shuttle service back to the hotel will begin about 9:00 PM (the DJ will announce shuttle times) and last call at the bar will be about 9:15 PM.  Before you leave, make sure to pack up your hand-picked water goblet with your name on it and some cookies for the road!  Supplies for this will be on the Cookie Table.

9:45 - 10:00 ...... you don't have to go home, but you can't stay here!
We ask that all guests be out of the venue by 10:00 PM at the latest so that we can get to work cleaning up!  We really appreciate you coming to celebrate with us!
